Position: Head of IT For: Global Captive
This was a role that we fulfilled for an “  IT Director off shore” for a GIC of European logistics company. The mandate required a leader who could  contribute to build, then drive and manage the new capability which was being created in Chennai  be created in Chennai to handle project and run services delivered from India. The client made a final choice of a candidate who in his current role, as Program Manager and Transformation leader  was delivering for one of the  largest insurance company.

Position: Head HR BP - Global Captive
Functional roles are interesting for us particulary with some clients who are special and with who we have deep and long relationship. With such clients we are able to exactly match profiles of candidates who are not only suitable by way of their professional experience, but also culturally. This role as Head HR BP  for this global company was one such, where the candidate we placed came from a very large global tech organization.

Position: Head of Corp Communications – Analytics Services Company
An Advanced Analytics company needed to hire a head of communications to anchor this function for them. This role reported to the COO of the company. They had met a significant number of candidates before they reached us with the assignment, we were able to fulfill the role having presented them with 3 choices. The candidate came from  strong background of marketing and internal communication with a large Market Research Firm.

Position: Chief Architect - Technology Services
This role encompassed everything from client advisory to business development for a large Technology Services company.  This engineering leader that we identified came with more than 2 decades of experience  in data engineering with experience in analytics consulting, data science and engineering. A first for us, since this role was a “remote hire” for us the first of its kind in the pandemic.

Position: Head analytics – NBFC
Our expertise in hiring for digital roles within core companies has grown exponentially over the years. We seem to have made a mark there. This was another such role with one of the oldest NBFCs in the country who wanted to establish an Analytics function. This was a very interesting assignment, for many reasons also a challenging one. The candidate we identified came from a background of nearly 2 decades experience, and the last few years in an Analytics Services company, having led large teams and servicing customers in North America.

Position: Head of strategy – Manufacturing Group
Leader for strategy and planning organization in India to help drive the transformation was the requirement for this role with a large Manufacturing group that we work with. Requirement was for a Engineering and Premier B school candidate who could work with the business leaders to formulate the strategy aligned to firm’s key priorities and help them with the decision making to execute the strategy.  A lady with excellent educational and professional pedigree from premier B school and had previous work experience of working with the CEOs office of one of  big 4 consulting companies and later was driving a large consulting engagements in strategy with another leading consulting organization was the final shortlist.
